Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, message content, programme interest)
- Booking and payment administration details required to run workshops and mentoring
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited, where analytics cookies are accepted
- Session notes relevant to mentoring or clinics you attend
We do not ask for passport numbers, national insurance numbers, or full payment card details through the website contact form.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries and administering bookings (contract / legitimate interests)
- Delivering training and follow-up materials (contract)
- Improving the site when analytics are consented (consent)
- Meeting accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation)
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence unless a booking follows. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting requirements. Mentoring notes are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last session, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data follow the cookie durations listed on our cookies page.
Sharing
We use service providers who host email, scheduling, or site infrastructure under written agreements. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Children
Programmes are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
