Refunds & cancellations
Deposits, refunds, rescheduling, and no-shows for Cloud Transf programmes.
Scope
This policy covers fees for Cloud Transf workshops, evening sessions, chart clinics, and one-to-one mentoring. It does not cover third-party software, broker commissions, or trading losses.
Deposit for scheduled intakes
A £100 deposit holds a seat on the Risk & Position Sizing Intensive. The deposit is credited toward the full fee. Deposits become non-refundable within fourteen days of the first scheduled evening, unless we cancel the intake.
Full refund eligibility
You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if:
- We cancel a programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative date
- You cancel in writing more than fourteen days before the first session of a multi-evening intensive, or more than seven days before a single evening workshop or clinic
- Mentoring is cancelled by us
Partial refunds
Cancellations received between fourteen and seven days before an intensive may receive a fifty percent refund of fees paid beyond the deposit, at our discretion when the seat cannot be refilled. Within seven days of a single evening workshop or clinic, fees are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits inside the non-refundable window described above when you cancel
- Completed mentoring sessions
- Printed materials already produced for a personalised desk workshop after work has started, limited to reasonable preparation costs disclosed in advance
- No-shows without notice
Rescheduling
You may request one complimentary reschedule to another published date if notice arrives at least seven days before the original session and seats remain. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation.
Work already started
If a custom group workshop has begun preparation (venue allocation, printed packs), we may deduct documented preparation costs from any refund.
Process and timing
Email hello@cloudtransf.digital with your booking name, programme, and date. We confirm eligibility within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten working days of approval.
Mentoring no-shows
If you miss a mentoring slot without twenty-four hours’ notice, the session fee is charged. We will attempt one courtesy reschedule for genuine emergencies documented in writing.
