Agreement

By accessing cloudtransf.digital or booking a Cloud Transf programme, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place a booking.

Services described

Pages describe workshops, clinics, and mentoring in technical analysis training focused on risk management and position sizing. Descriptions are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and any required deposit is received.

No investment advice

Training explains methods for placing stops and calculating position size. It is educational. Nothing on this site or in a session is personalised investment advice, an invitation to deal, or a prediction of returns. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions and for compliance with applicable regulations.

Bookings and payment

Fees, deposits, and scheduling terms are stated on the Rates page and in booking correspondence. You must provide accurate contact details. We may refuse or cancel a booking if information is misleading or if minimum group sizes are not met, in which case deposits are handled under our refund policy.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, slides, worksheets packs, and site content belong to Cloud Transf or its licensors. You may use materials for your personal trading education. You may not copy, resell, record, or republish them without prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit abusive content through forms. We may restrict access where misuse is suspected.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Transf is not liable for trading losses, consequential loss, or decisions made after attending training. Our aggregate liability arising from a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you qualify as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
